4. Weak or ineffective compliance department that do not track down the rogue leaders who are doing the product dumping which spoils the market. Product dumping will cause smart customers or preferred customers to stop buying the products. Why pay more when you can get it cheaper elsewhere?
5 Dilution of products by adding fillers and changing to cheaper ingredients to reduce cost that also affect the quality and efficacy of the products.
6. Misrepresentation, poaching and switching downlines by rogue leaders and the management closing an eye to it.
7. Weak support. Management not willing to keep up with technology. Smart leaders expect a replicated website to build the business online. Some companies don't even have that and are not willing to keep up with their competitors, They will end up like Kodak and Nokia.
