Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. - John 14:6
From the above, it is obvious Jesus is the gateway to the Father, God, the Almighty. So who is Jesus, what he represents? He said I and the father are one, so he is the father and God.
God is love and love is God, you've heard it many times, haven't you? Are you embracing love and living it?
Jesus said, "Follow me." Are we following him? Are we doing the things he is doing?
I am inspired to share this post on "What is Truth?" to get people thinking about living a meaningful and blissful life and understanding why you are here on earth.
"WHAT IS TRUTH?" is a great acronym for Why, Help, Action, Think, Integrity, Service, Time, Results, Universal laws, Truth, Health and ? - Asking the Right Questions.
I'll touch briefly on this acronym and will love to share more with you over a cup of coffee.
Why - What is your purpose for living? What do you want to achieve in this life knowing that you are not going to live forever? Why you do the things you do?
Help - What have you done to help others to live a better life? Have you done anything to share what you know about this wonderful live? Have you shared what you know of God and His wonderful grace and love?
Action - Everything is cause and effect - what you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life. Every day you have lots of opportunities to show your kindness.
Do you know that when you help one person you can help millions? Never underestimate the power of one!
Think - Why work so hard for material wealth when you know your days are numbered. This world is definitely not our home because it is temporary, so what is permanent? Is there everlasting life? What really matters?
Integrity - God has made it very clear the importance of integrity, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
Service - Great service to many people is the way to greatness and great wealth. What is great wealth? Is it happiness and peace of mind and living a meaningful life? Are you living to serve others or yourself? Are we one?
Time - Are you living in the past, present or future? Are you living in the now. Time is very precious because we know we do not live forever and what good we can do we will want to do it while we are alive, isn't it?
It is not how long you live, it is how well you life and what positive difference did you make to help others that give meaning to life?
Results - Are you happy with the results in your business and your life? What are you doing to live a better life? For things to change, first you must change, and it all starts from your thoughts. Change your thoughts and you will change your life.
Universal laws - Are you working with universal laws to live a better life? These five universal laws are working all the time. Law of Cause and Effect, Law of Attraction, Law of Giving and Receiving, Law of Averages and Law of Multiplication.
Truth - What is truth to you? Jesus has made it very clear that he is the truth and he is the father, son and the holy spirit in one. So is truth the father, son and holy spirit? You can figure it out when you silent your mind and face the truth.
He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." - Psalm 46:10
Health - Are you taking good care of this body? You are not going to have it forever but you can take good care of it so it can help you realize the truth while you have all your good senses with you.
It's just a matter of time when your eyes, ears and all the senses will fail you when the time comes for you to leave this earth. Treasure the precious moments you have on earth and be a joy to others by expressing your love.
? - Asking the Right Questions - The quality of your questions will determine the quality of your life, more importantly you will discover why are you here and what are you living for?
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What do I really want?
Why should I work hard when I can work smart?
Where am I going?
What gives me joy, fulfilment and meaning?
What is God's greatest lesson?
