I've been in network marketing for 25 years and network marketing is word-of-mouth marketing and it is the most cost-effective form of marketing. The network distributors get paid only when a product is sold!
The first step to understanding why network marketing is so cost-effective is the doing away with the middle men between the manufacturer and the end consumers.
These middle men are the agents, wholesalers, retailers and advertising agencies that charge millions for their services. Advertising is a trillion dollar industry and it is big chunk of the marketing costs!
Instead of paying the "middle men", companies choose network marketing which is very cost-effective, and pay the network marketers or independent distributors who move the products through word-of-mouth marketing.
The network marketers or independent distributors are their own best customers and faithfully consume the products because of the benefits and also they do it because they have to lead by example and they have their monthly purchase requirement which is very affordable, it is usually about $100 to $200 a month.
For those who seriously build the business, the monthly purchase requirement is never an issue, first they love the products and their monthly commission of $2,000 to $10,000 a month in passive income will justify doing the monthly purchase requirement!
