I am getting very philosophical these days and have been telling people we have moved from information age to spiritual age when millions worldwide will ask themselves this important question, "Is that all there is to life?" There are many ironies in life and one of the great ironies in life is seeing medical practitioners worldwide treating the effects and not the causes! I think they have to do some soul searching, they are intelligent people, why are they treating just the effects and not the causes of diseases?

Integrity - Do the right things to get the right results. I was in Yangon last year and stayed at a hotel which has a simple instruction on its elevator, "To go up, push the up button, To go down, push the down button." It gave me a great insight on simplicity! If you want to go in a certain direction then you must do the action that will get you there!
One of the ironies of life is doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results! You cannot get the right results when you are doing the wrong things! For things to change, first you must change.
God has made it very clear the importance of integrity in the Bible.
"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
If the world leaders have followed God's words of wisdom, we would be enjoying world peace today!
Results - Are you treating the causes or the effects? Everything is cause and effect. If you do not like the results in your business and your life, then you must correct the causes that are causing them, isn't it?
The hospitals are flooded with patients because medical practitioners worldwide are trained to treat the effects and not the causes, it just doesn't make sense at all! If you just treat the effects and not the causes, you are no better than the grass cutter who knows that when he cuts the grass, the grass will grow again and again!
O - Represents the Law of Cause and Effect - what you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life. Be a good gardener and plant good seeds. When you plant good seeds, you will have good plants and if you plant the seeds of a poisonous plant, you will have a poisonous plant!

Numbers - You must be financially intelligent and understand the power of numbers.

Why depend on yourself and 24 hours in a day when you can leverage on thousands of people and thousands of hours in a day? Work with the Law of Average, do enough to get the results you want in life.
Innovation - Think out of the box! Why work hard when you can work smart? Peter Drucker, the world renowned business consultant and author, said that business is about marketing and innovation! Are you able to multiply your time and effort thousands of times? Are you able to do things differently that will add more value to people's lives?
Another great irony of life is that people are always complaining that they are busy and they have no time, yet they are not willing to change and learn how to leverage so that they have more time! If you keep on doing what you are doing, you will continue to complain that you are busy and have no time, isn't it?
Empower - At my training sessions, I always stress that when you help people you are helping yourself and when you hurt people, you are hurting yourself - this is the universal law of cause and effect in action!
In my 21 years of network marketing experience, the most important lesson to me in this industry is found in this word, "Help". If you want to enjoy happiness, good health, prosperity and peace of mind, help many people to live a better and happy life! Yes great service to many people is the way to greatness!
