Here is what a MLM Newbie must do to get on the right track, here is the checklist.
1. Go through the starter kit, get to know about the company, the products, the compensation plan and the support system.
2. Use the products consistently so you can enjoy the benefits and have your own personal testimonials.

4. Be teachable and be willing to learn and follow instruction. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. This industry has been around for over 60 years, and top leaders have shared proven methods that work, there are no secrets.
5. Take action, don't spend too much time on production work, for example, setting up websites, you already have a powerful replicated website, or doing brochures, flyers and having elaborate plans. Keep it simple, always go back to the 8 money-making activities.
6. Always start the day on a positive note! Watch an inspiring youtube video or invest 20 minutes to read an inspiring books such as Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill or How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie or The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale.
7. Have a positive ritual of 20 minutes in the morning planning on what you would do that will bring you closer to your goals. In the evening, spend 20 minutes reflecting on what you've said or done, it is positive or negative? Keep a journal and have your thoughts and questions down on paper. When you meet your leaders, ask questions, you cannot have the doubts, fears and disbelief hold you back.
8. It is very important you leverage on the effective support system of training, seminars, webinars, special events and conventions. All top network marketers will tell you this, "You must plug yourself and your team into the support system that will ensure your success."
9. Lead by example and judge by result. Move up the ranks step by step. Each rank you achieved, take time to celebrate! Invite a friend for coffee and tell him or her, you are celebrating your success, this friend could be your next superstar leader!
10. Integrity is everything. It is enjoying peace of mind knowing that you've done no harm to anyone. Always place people first before money. Take good care of the people and money will chase after you! When your intention is right and it is for a good cause, people, events and things will show up to help you reach your goals.
Whatever you share, do it in bitesize, don't overwhelm your new members with too much information, keep it simple, short and sweet!
