Talking about the Law of Attraction, everything happens for a reason. You may have attracted this report to you because your downlines just complained to you about product dumping, poaching and switching lines!
They want to quit the business and write a complain to compliance department. Some just want to take justice into their own hands, and squeeze the neck of the rogue leader, who had dumped hundreds of products in the market at way below member's price!
We know that the body will not last forever and it is the spirit that will see us through! The purpose of silver and gold is to feed the body till it comes a time when it has to go, and that time is very certain, but when it will come is very uncertain!!
And you know that when you are at your death bed and it is time for you to go, you cannot take with you your silver and gold, you have to leave all behind!
This report may seem morbid and negative but when you look at it positively and understand the writer's intention, you will appreciate this report.
You will also appreciate life more and be aware of the importance of integrity. You will also understand the universal law of cause and effect. This universal law is always working on you, every day, every hour and every second!

Time on earth is temporary, the soul is eternal. Yet millions of fools have place silver and gold before body and soul. They will cheat, steal, lie, manipulate, connive, betray and kill for silver and gold.
I feel strongly that I have to write this report so that companies and leaders are aware of the evils of placing silver and gold before body and soul.
Network marketing is a people business and that is why it is very important to place people first before money. But many rogue leaders did the opposite, they placed money first before people.
These despicable leaders will manipulate the system, buy loads of products to move up the ranks and later dump the products in the market! A few of them will poach members from other groups and help members to switch lines!
Many of these despicable leaders are good at marketing and presenting but lack the integrity to do the right thing.
It is critical for company and leaders to have a 2-day leadership training where the first day covers the methodology, how to do the business the right way, and the second day will cover integrity, character building and leadership, and about leading by example and doing the right things.
I am looking for network marketing companies and events organizers in many cities to co-operate with me to conduct a 2-day generic network marketing seminar to raise the standards in this industry. Just one despicable act such as dumping products at way below wholesale prices can destroy the business!
This business is driven by leaders and leaders are smart people, and if they see the management lacking the integrity to control product dumping, they would not join the company. How can you do a business when other people can buy your products at way below your wholesale price?
The other despicable activities such as poaching, switching lines, exaggerated cure claims and deceptive ways of promoting the business will have the same disastrous effects of keeping leaders from joining the company. Besides keeping good leaders away, the attrition rate of distributors will be atrocious!
The integrity and culture of the company is critical to the success and sustainability of the business. It is the heart and soul of the business. The core values must be crystal clear and rules enforced to keep the integrity and culture intact.
Being a network marketer, international speaker, author, trainer and network marketing consultant and having been in this industry for 22 years, I've seen with my own eyes thousands of people's dreams crushed by companies and leaders who lack integrity! That is one of the major reasons why network marketing has a bad rap in the market.
The other major reason network marketing has a bad rap in the market is the ignorance and misleading information about network marketing given to the public by people in the media who are ignorant of how this business works and why it is attracting millions of people worldwide? They lumped it with pyramid selling!
Another major reason network marketing has a bad rap in the market is the pyramid selling scams and money-game scams who disguised themselves as network marketing companies! And because of the ignorance of the people in the media, the public take what they read in the newspaper, magazines and what they heard over the radio and watched on tv as real because perception is reality!
That is why Socrates said, "The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance."
Why do companies and leaders who lack integrity do these despicable activities? They either think they could get away with it or they are working on a hit and run marketing strategy! After some time they are not reachable or they have joined another get-rich-quick scam!
Another reason why companies and leaders are partners in crime in these despicable activities it is because they are either ignorant or don't believe in the universal law of cause and effect - what you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life!
You can escape man-made laws, you can lie through your nose and mouth to the judge in the court and get away with it. But when it comes to the universal law of cause and effect, you can run but you can never escape, it will find you wherever you are and administer its justice in many unexpected ways and in many folds!
God has made it very clear in the Bible, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
If the world leaders have the integrity to follow God's words of wisdom, we would be enjoying world peace today.
Let's start with one company at a time and one leader at a time. Integrity cannot be enforced, it can only be practiced but those who break the rules must definitely be punished, it is no different from a murderer who is caught red-handed! Dreams are just as precious as lives and some people commit suicides when they lost their dreams!
In many get-rich-quick scams where people lose tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars, the end results are many suicide cases. Dreams should be treated as precious as lives.
I would like to end this report in a positive note that network marketing is a wonderful business when done the right way and has helped millions worldwide to live a better and happy life.
We all have a very important role to play as leaders so that when we go on stage we stand tall with pride and dignity and deep in your heart, you know the almighty God is smiling on you!

Why integrity is the foundation of your business and your life? It is because everything is cause and effect - what you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life!
There is no better feeling than enjoying peace of mind when you look at the person in the mirror eye to eye every morning and every night knowing that you've done the right thing!
