Here's the cold hard truth about MLM, coming from a veteran who has been in the business for 22 years. I love to use acronyms to get my message across and "HARD TRUTH" is a great acronym for Heart, Action, Results, Discipline, Think, Research, Understand, Time and Help.
I am now raising the standards in this industry by being an international speaker, author, trainer and network marketing consultant. I am looking for events organizers in many cities to co-operate with me to offer a 2-day generic network marketing seminar to all network marketers and people who are clueless about network marketing.
The industry has been hurt by rogue "leaders" who buy up positions by buying lots of products to move up the ranks, and later dumped the products in the market at way below wholesale prices which will hurt the business!
Because of lack of integrity, there are many cases of poaching and switching organization. All these degrading activities have hurt many people in this industry and that is why it is very important that companies and leaders raise the standard in this industry by keeping to the rules and enforcing the rules of the business.
You cannot be what you are not, isn't it? And what you are is made up of the principles, values and beliefs you hold dear to your heart. By reading this acronym, you will get to know me better, the principles, values and beliefs I hold dear to my heart.
Heart - Where the heart goes, the body will follow. If you have all the money and time in the world, what would you love to do? To be successful in any business, you must be first before you can do. You must be a person of good character with the integrity to do the right thing.
Network marketing is about personal development and business education. You will have lots of opportunities to learn how to be a person of good character with integrity which is the foundation of your business and your life.
Be careful of who you associate with, birds of a feather like to flock together. The Law of Attraction is working all the time, you will attract people who share your principles, values and beliefs in your life.
Your principles, values and beliefs create an energy field like a magnetic field. It is very hard to work with people who do not share your principles, values and beliefs. Birds of a feather like to flock together. Many people will justify and give excuses for their lack of integrity.
"The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end there it is." - Winston Churchill.
Action - Everything is cause and effect. What you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life. Network marketing is like a big mirror, it will reflect to you who you are and what you are! There are no secrets in this business, whatever you do will be known sooner or later.
The fruits will reflect the quality of the tree. This business is driven by leaders, it is about leadership with integrity. Leaders with integrity will ensure that their team members are doing the right things. If you are not doing the business the right way, you are hurting the business and destroying the business of others too!
This business is about loving, caring, sharing and giving. If you are a loving, caring, sharing and giving person, you are half way to being successful, the other half is to join the right company and do the right thing.
Results - Always lead by example and judge by result. Are you doing the right thing? Does your words and actions benefit others or hurt others. If you are not happy with the results in your business and your life, then you must change your thoughts, words and actions isn't it?
The end does not justify the means. You may move up the ranks and achieve the money and glory through your deceptive and conniving ways but the truth will be found out sooner or later, and there's no place where you can hide your face!
God has made it very clear the importance of integrity in the Bible, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
Discipline - You must have the daily discipline to do whatever it takes ethically to achieve your dream! Success is a process and it takes commitment of money, time and effort. You must have the discipline to commit consistent time and effort to build your business.
To become a good doctor, dentist or lawyer, it takes years of study and you have to sit for examination and be qualified before you are allowed to practice what you've learned. To master a skill, the time frame is usually 3 to 5 years or more.
In network marketing, there are people who can achieve financial freedom in 1 to 3 years and for most people it usually takes 3 to 5 years. It all depends on your discipline and your level of commitment.
Think - “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't - you're right.” - Henry Ford. To be successful you must think and do what the successful people are doing. Why work hard when you can work smart? Why depend on yourself and 24 hours in a day when you can leverage on thousands of people and thousands of hours in a day?
People get stuck by focusing on their limited resources, they do not think out of the box, and start thinking about how they can be resourceful! Many rich people do not work for money, they have people and money working for them.
Network marketing offers you a brilliant, proven and effective system to have people and money working for you! If you are not clear on this, the person who shared this report with you will be glad to give you clarity on this!
This brilliant, proven and effective system has helped millions to achieve financial freedom, and it definitely can help you too if you are willing to work the system. Yes it takes two to tango!
Research - Clarity is power. Do your due diligence and have a clear understanding of this proven business model that is highly recommended by thousands of successful entrepreneurs such as Robert Kiyosaki, Stephen Covey and Mark Victor Hansen! Many successful entrepreneurs and millionaires are doing network marketing.
You don't have to be very smart to make your first million, just be smart enough to follow the very smart leaders who have made their millions. There are no secrets in this business. You will learn from many successful network marketers at special events and conventions.
Now with the Internet and Mr Google, you cannot claim ignorance and say you don't know about this wonderful business that is making a positive difference to millions of lives? That is why Socrates said, "The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance."
Understand - To know and not do is not understanding clearly what is it all about! You must be crystal clear on how this brilliant, proven and effective system can give you more money, more time and better health to live your dream! This system has helped millions of people to live a better and happy life and it definitely can help you too!
You must understand that there are universal laws that are working all the time, every hour, every minute and every second! For example, the law of gravity do not discriminate against anyone, you can use it the right way or the wrong way, and the wrong way can be disastrous and life threatening!
The universal law of cause and effect is always working on you whether you like it or not - what you sow you shall reap - what goes around comes around in your business and your life!
Every breath you take is a reminder of this law in action, when you breathe out you must breath in and when you breath in, you must breath out! Your breathing is also a reminder of the universal law of giving and receiving. To receive you must give, and to give, you must receive!

Time - Yes time and tide wait for no man, and if you have neglected your health, it may be later than you think.
There was a popular survey done on top executives, almost everyone regretted that they did not spend enough time with their loved ones, not one regretted that they didn't spend more time at the office!
Many top executives and successful entrepreneurs regretted that in their pursuit of financial freedom, they have sacrificed too much and neglected their loved ones. Many loved their moms and dads very much but the cold hard truth is their moms and dads do not live forever.
Network marketing is a very powerful business model compared to the conventional business model.
