Results - If you are not happy with the results in your business and your life, you must change the causes that are causing them.
Results are indicators, like a thermometer, if you do not like the heat, then you must do something to reduce it. Just like in Winter time, you know it is going to get very cold, you must have a heater to ensure you keep yourself warm.
