Yes what I will be sharing with you is based on my 21 years of network marketing experience. I am writing this report to help all mlmers/network marketers to have a better understanding of the business and to have clarity on what is it all about and how they can share the wonderful business opportunity more effectively!
MLM stands for Multi-Level Marketing, it is the old term for Network Marketing. I prefer to use MLM at times because it is a great acronym for Make Life Meaningful, Make Lots of Money and Meet Lots of Mentors!

Network marketing is a loving, caring, sharing and giving business. If you are a loving, caring, sharing and giving person, you are half way to being successful, the other half is joining the right company at the right time and doing the right things!
It is like a worldwide co-operative club where members get to buy the products at wholesale prices and when they introduce members, they get to earn a part of their purchases and from the purchases of those they recommend down to many levels according to the compensation plan.
MLM/Network Marketing is the most effective form of distribution because it works on word-of-mouth marketing, the most effective form of marketing!
This is a generic report, so whatever company you are with right now, here are the benchmarks. Does the management has the integrity to do the right things? Do you have exclusive, excellent and proprietary products supported by science? Do you have an excellent compensation plan that will attract smart leaders? Do you have an effective support system to help your team to be successful?
Excellent management team, great products, brilliant compensation plan and effective support system are like the four good wheels of the car! The engine is the principles, values and beliefs and the driver is you!
I love to use acronyms and "NUTSHELL" is a great acronym for Numbers, Understand, Time, System, Heart, Empower, Love and Leverage.
You cannot be what you are not, isn't it? And what you are is made up of the principles, values and beliefs you hold dear to your heart. By reading the acronym, you will get to know me better, the principles, values and beliefs I hold dear to my heart.
Numbers - The Law of Averages will never fail you. You must do enough to get whatever you want in life. In 21 years I have exchanged enough notes with top earners to share with you this magic number: 52. Most top earners introduce 50 or more people into the business.
The chances are very good for you to find 4 good leaders like the 4 Aces in a deck of 52 cards when you introduce at least 52 people into the business. The probability is high, of course, there is always the luck factor, some leaders introduce less while others have to introduce more people into the business to find their 4 good leaders!
It usually takes from 1 to 3 years to find your 4 good leaders that will help you to earn US$100,000 or more a month! And top earners invest from 20 to 30 hours or more a week to seriously build their business. They usually take massive actions in their first 90 days in the business.
Understand - To know and not to do is not to know! You must understand how the business works and be willing to learn. I have made my first million from this business and I can show you exactly how I did it but if you are not teachable and you are not willing to learn, I cannot help you.
The secret is there are no secrets in this business. Marketing experts like to use the word "secret" because they understand how people think and why they do the things they do! People are curious, they always want to know the things they think they don't know, they are always looking for the "secret formula".
You will find the "secret formula' when you commit money, time and effort to build your business. Success is a process you must be willing to attend the training, seminars, webinars, special events and conventions as many times as possible to get the clarity, knowledge and beliefs that will help you to be successful.
Time - You know you have only 24 hours in a day and you don't have forever. If you have neglected your health, it may be later than you think. Time is your most precious asset and it is link to your health. You are only a heart beat away from a heart attack or stroke if you have neglected your health!
Most network marketing companies have great health supplements and skin care products supported by science to help you feel and look 10 years younger! You can literally extend your lifespan by 10 to 20 years or more if you take responsibility for your health by exercising regularly, eating the right foods, living a balanced life with the right health food supplements.
In the last 1 to 3 years or 3 to 5 years, were you able to earn a passive income of US$100,000 or more a month in passive income? Now you have a brilliant, proven and effective system for you to do it, so why not do it? If thousands of people can do it, you can do it too!
System - You are a walking miracle! You are alive today it is because of the various brilliant systems in your body. You have your cardiovascular system, respiratory system, and immune system, just to name a few!
You have the opportunity to leverage on a brilliant, proven and effective system to help you have more money, more time, and better health to live your dream! The solution is the system, when you work the system, the system will work for you!
So what is the system? There are two parts to the system, it is the brilliant, proven and effective compensation system and the effective support system of training, seminars, webinars, special events and conventions. You must be crystal clear on how the system is supporting you!
Heart - Where the heart goes, the body will follow! It is not how to? It is always why do?? Why do you want to do this business? What is your burning desire, what is your big dream? If you have all the money and time in the world, what would you love to do?
Many people fail in this business because their heart is not in the right place, their "why" is not strong enough. And many people put money first before people! The simple success formula is to always put people first before money! People are attracted to you when they know you are sincere and have their best interest at heart.
Empower - When you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, but when you teach him how to fish, he feeds himself and his family for a lifetime! You must fall in love with this business of helping people to live a better and happy life!

Love - Yes love is the greatest power on earth. There is this popular saying, "God is love and love is God". You've heard it many times before haven't you? Are you embracing love and living it?
This business will attract people who are loving, caring, sharing and giving, these characteristics are very important if you want to be successful in this business.
