“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” - Sun Tze
"The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance." - Socrates
We see the Coronavirus as the enemy. It is an effect and there is a cause for it. If you do not treat the cause, the effect will arise again, isn't it?
There is a popular Chinese saying that goes something like this, "To cut the grass, you must cut the root of it."
If the world leaders, doctors, and scientists are just treating the effects and not stopping the causes, they are no better than grass cutters, knowing that after cutting the grass, the grass will grow again!
We must know the enemy, the coronavirus, what causes it or where it is originated?
We must know ourselves, what did we do right and what did we do wrong?
Trust God to give you the best advice on doing the right thing.
"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12
If we follow God's words of wisdom, not only can we stop the spread of the virus, we will also prevent future pandemics and have world peace!
What is important in life and what makes us a good human being?
China is suffering greatly and doing its best to contain the spread of the virus, and we have people in other countries who are making a joke out of it!
Are the Chinese the only people eating wild and exotic animals? There are many people in many countries doing the same! If we know that is the cause of the virus, then all world leaders must take responsibility to stop people from eating wild and exotic animals that will cause the next world pandemic!
Are viruses only coming from China? It has come from USA and Africa too.
Did we learn from what happened in the past? Are we treating the causes of viruses or waiting for pandemics to happen and then start treating the effects?
Are we acting humanely with love and compassion, thinking positive and doing the right thing or are we pointing fingers in accusation, blaming and making a joke out of it?
Taking drastic actions to contain the spread of the virus is critical because when it is out of control, it will cause thousands and even millions to lose their precious lives!
Are the world leaders taking drastic actions to contain the spread of the virus such as closing schools and educating people on what to do and what not to do to prevent the spread of the virus?
Children have a weak immune system and to have them sitting close together for a long period in classrooms is making fertile ground for the spread of the virus! It is only wise to close all schools until the virus is contained and the situation has improved.
Your immune system is the first and last defense against viruses and bacteria and that is the truth! Are the world leaders, doctors and scientists educating the people on the truth?
Are the world leaders, doctors, and scientists educating the people on the importance of the immune system and what foods and health supplements to take to strengthen their immune system?
Do your due diligence and get to know Transfer Factor, a protein messenger molecule that will help your immune system to recognize, respond and remember the virus so that they will be able to fight the virus if they appear again.
Transfer Factor will strengthen, educate and balance your immune system.
It is supported by 3,000 scientific papers and over US$40 million have been invested in the R&D of Transfer Factor. Millions of people worldwide have consumed it safely for over 22 years and it is available in over 90 countries.

We can overcome the coronavirus and prevent future pandemics and enjoy world peace when we have the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
Do we have the fruits of the Holy Spirit?
1. Love
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will help you to love like He does.
Love: “And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him” (1 John 4:16). Through Jesus Christ, our greatest goal is to do all things in love. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8). Try and read the whole of 1 Corinthians 13.
2. Joy
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you the joy of the Lord.
Joy: “The joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10). “Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God” (Hebrews 12:2).
3. Peace
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you the peace that passes all understanding.
Peace: “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit” (Romans 15:13).
4. Patience
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you patience in all your dealings.
Patience: We are “strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that we may have great endurance and patience…” (Colossians 1:11). “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient bearing with one another in love“ (Ephesians 4:2).
5. Kindness
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you a heart of kindness.
Kindness: We should live “in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left” (2 Corinthians 6:6-7).
6. Goodness
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you the enabling to do what is good in the sight of the Lord.
Goodness: “Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness, and the work of faith with power” (2 Thessalonians 1:11). “For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth” (Ephesians 5:9).
7. Faithfulness
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you the gift of faith, and help you to be reliable in your promises like God Himself is faithful to all His promises.
Faithfulness: “O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name; for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvelous things; things planned long ago” (Isaiah 25:1). “I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith” (Ephesians 3:16-17).
8. Gentleness
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you the desire to be gentle.
Gentleness: “Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.” (Galatians 6:1). “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” (Ephesians 4:2).
9. Self-control
Read and reflect on the Scriptures below and pray that through the Holy Spirit you may learn self-control.
Self-control: “But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love” (2 Peter 1:5-7).
